Mixed Bouquet Subscription Details

I will offer an early-mid spring and late spring to early summer bouquet subscriptions and will potentially offer fall subscriptions in 2022.

These bouquets aren't your run-of-the-mill bouquets; instead they're filled with unique,  fragrant, and visually dynamic flowers grown right here in Springfield as well as our plot in Murray Hill.

During springtime, you’ll see seasonal blooms like foxglove, anemones, hellebores, ranunculus, sweet peas, snapdragons, honeywort, and love-in-a-mist etc, and during summertime, you’ll see cosmos, zinnias, sunflowers, celosia, grasses, statice, and roses. These blooms will be picked within 24 hours or less of your bouquet is dropped off date.

Local pick-up locations are still in the works.

A "bouquet subscription" sounds fancy, but it's essentially a "CSA" - community supported agriculture. In a CSA, each member’s investment helps farmers pay for seeds, water, and other supplies for the year, ensuring they can continue on for the season. CSAs nurture the critical relationship between farmer and community and help sustain this dream.

All you need to do is pick up your bouquet on the designated day at one of our partner locations, trim the stems, pop them into some water, and enjoy for many days to come!

Payment: Once you sign up and pay for a subscription in full, you can rest assured that you have secured your subscription for the season. I am regretfully not able to provide refunds for cancellations. You may, of course choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the subscription, and the ownership will be transferred to the alternate person.

Share dates: The start of each subscription is flexible and based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I will communicate via email to inform you of updates and start dates. Please always feel free to contact me via email if you are not receiving notifications near the specified start dates.

Sharing the flower season: As a subscriber, you share in the bounty, seasonality, and the risks of farming. Only certain flowers bloom during certain times of the year, so I cannot accommodate special requests. Please trust I will use my best judgment in putting your beautiful bouquets together.

Flower care: Bouquets stay amazingly fresh when they are treated with care. Bouquets are made ready for transport, but their stems will need to be re-cut and placed in fresh water when you get home. Flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-14 days. All flowers in your subscription are delivered within 24 hours of harvest in peak condition, and all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. If a flower begins to droop, pull it out of the arrangement and keep the others intact. I unfortunately cannot be responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality after pickup. Should there be any issue with your flowers upon pickup, please contact me via email within 12 hours to alert me of the issue.

Picking up your bouquet: Each subscription will be delivered at the pickup location that you have chosen. If you are out of town or unable to pickup your bouquet, please find a substitute to take your bouquet. If you are unable to find a substitute, I regretfully am not able to provide a credit or a refund for a bouquet that is not picked up and it may be donated. Pickup time parameters are specific to the host location. It is your responsibility to pick up your share during the designated time period on the designated day. If you are unable to pick it up, please have a designee do so!
